Returns/exchanges/refunds Policy

Returns for items purchased via the Courtyard Connect Ltd online shop only.


Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your recent purchase, you can return the item within 30 days (from the date that you originally received it) with your receipt and we will happily exchange or refund it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Your item must also be in its original box.


Please note, our return policy does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing or shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. In an event of dispute over an item which has arrived damaged, our company may provide evidence to prove otherwise as all our items over the value of £100 will be checked, tested and video recorded before dispatching to our customers.

In cases where the merchandise is returned in a condition other than the one in which it was sent, includes smelling of smoke, perfume or covered in pet hair etc we are entitled to issue a partial refund in-between 30% to 80% of the value of the product. This will cover general wear and tear and the costs of replacement parts and cleaning to a resale condition.

Exchanges

We will only exchange items that are defective or faulty.  Any item inspected and found to be damaged by the buyer through incorrect set up or use will not be eligible for an exchange.

Shipping will be free of charge and return carriage must be arranged via our customer services team, other arrangements cannot be reimbursed. To organise this please contact us on support@courtyardconnect.com


Refunds

If you simply change your mind, we are still happy to accept returned products for a refund within 30 days, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging (also in perfect condition), chargers, cables and all accessories. Items returned damaged, or in damaged packaging, cannot be refunded in full, a discretionary charge will be taken.

If the product isn't faulty, buyer would be responsible for the return fee. We suggest always using a tracked postage service for smaller items. For larger items, a courier service such as www.parcel2go.com 


Posting and Shipping

Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original invoice and a note to let us know why your item is being returned. Please then send your item to the address below.

All returned items will be subject to inspection. Once your return item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you on the progress of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or alternative original method of payment. Timescales for this will be dependent upon the card issuer’s policies. Please note, costs incurred for returning items that are not faulty must be paid for by the customer.



Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but can be replaced if needed.
