Powered by the latest generation of Intel quad-core processors, GLK-UC2X comes with the latest generation of hardware video decoder and is able to decode 4K VP9 and H.265 contents. Featuring dual USB-C ports, Gigabit Ethernet, fast 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and a silent heatpipe cooling system, GLK-UC2X ensures that it delivers the maximum performance from the Gemini Lake processor - without any performance loss. Perfect HTPC mini-pc

After trying a couple of other options and finding them not up to expectations I went for the Pepper Jobs mini-pc hoping for third time lucky... Thankfully this machine fully lives up to my expectations. It's a high quality item, well built and well presented in it's retail packaging. After upgrading RAM ( to 2x 8Gb) and updating Windows, drivers and BIOS all to latest levels it is now running perfectly. I am able to easily play all my media content via Emby including 4K HEVC and the general performance of the PC is fast and snappy. A big factor for me was noise level and while not completely silent, this pc is perfectly quiet enough in a lounge environment. Also recommended is the Pepper Jobs support forum which is well run and regularly updated with hints, tips and useful support information (this is where I downloaded the BIOS update, for instance). A good PC - highly recommended and well worth the extra cost over the cheaper end of this market (as I found out myself...)

Great mini PC and Support!

This is a great mini PC, the default RAM size of 4GB is a little less than Id hoped but fortunately the device comes with two SODIMM slots which I have successfully upgraded to dual-channel 8GB by putting in an extra DDR4 stick. The recommendation of a Samsung DDR4 stick came from Pepper Jobs' customer support, who responded to my email quickly, great customer service I have to say! The GLK-UC2X is perfect for my office use. It can support up to three 4K displays at 60Hz (which I don't have right now but will upgrade to soon). My Lenovo USB-C monitor works perfectly, supplying power to it and displaying everything as expected, in addition, the PC outputs video to my other ASUS 4K monitor. The fan is super silent, I didn't even realise it had a fan until I watched the reviews on youtube. As I'm using this mini pc as a work computer, the bundled Win10 Pro license is definitely a huge plus. I recently bought the Pepper Jobs W10 remote which is a great addition to this mini PC's functionality. Overall I'm very pleased with this well-designed versatile mini PC and would highly recommend this to others. I believe Pepper Jobs is a fairly new company but based on the two products I have purchased from them I've been impressed with their quality and service.
